Please find below detailed instructions on how to find the Codicote Innovation Centre.
From the A1M:
- Exit at Junction 6 to Welwyn
- Take the A1000 North towards Codicote, Stevenage and Hitchin
- Take the B656 to Hitchin and Codicote. Follow for about 2 miles into Codicote
- In Codicote, drive past the first pelican crossing going up the slope. Take the turning on the left towards Wheathampstead just before the pelican crossing.
- This is St. Albans Rd. It is opposite the Chinese restaurant ‘As You Like It’.
- Follow St. Albans Rd for about 1/2 mile.
- You will leave the village (end of pavement), and then in about another 100 yds Codicote Innovation Centre is on your right.
From the M1:
- Leave the M1 at junction 10.
- At the first roundabout head straight over (towards Hitchin).
- At the next roundabout turn left.
- About 50 yds further on you come to another roundabout when you turn right.
- This is the B653 to Wheathampstead, (The Lower Luton Rd).
- Follow this road for about 6 miles, going through Batford, go over the mini roundabout.
- Continue on in to Wheathampstead.
- At the roundabout which is at the top end of Wheathampstead go straight over, past St Albans Girls School on left.
- Take the next turning on the left, Codicote Road, follow this road for about 3 miles, this is a small country lane. Go through the crossroads and then past the chalk pit on your left as you go up the hill. Codicote Innovation Centre is on the left after a sharp bend.
- If you arrive at a row of houses on your right hand side you have gone too far.
